CEL is committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers and Members, under the relevant Cyprus Law on The Processing of Personal Data. CEL ensures that all personal data which is obtained from its Customers and Members, including all the data that is obtained by CEL when a Customer or a Member visits the CEL website are processed fairly and lawfully, and are not further processed in a way incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected.
Information collected by CEL is handled, retained and processed only by means that are in accordance with mandatory legal requirements and only to the extent it is strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes set out herein.
CEL collects and processes personal information of its Customers and Members only insofar as to (a) update and enhance membership records and those of other related CEL activities; (b) define areas of interest to its Customers and Members and improve the website to meet users’ habits or compile information relating to users’ movements across the website; (c) advise and/or inform its Customers and Members of the products or services which may be of interest to them.
Personal information may be collected by CEL given the Customers and Members use the CEL website.Information collected via the use of the website may include pages viewed, frequency and duration of visits, types of transactions conducted, documents downloaded and other websites which may have referred Customers and Members to the CEL website, or websites to which Customers and Members link the CEL website.
CEL is committed to complying with very strict standards of confidentiality in the process of handling personal information. For this reason, the accessing of personal information is prohibited for CEL administrators, with the exception of those administrators who are in charge for the handling and processing of such information.
CEL takes all steps reasonably possible to ensure that the appropriate safeguards are maintained and that the privacy of its Customers and Members data and/or personal information is secured and not misused in any way.
Anonymous statistical information concerning its Customers and Members is collected by CEL. This procedure ensures that the needs of the Customers and Members are met through the intensive monitoring and constant improving the services offered by CEL to its Customers and Members.
At all times, the Customers and Members will be given the option to unsubscribe from any marketing services to which they previously subscribed, by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of the respective service’s e-mail.
The Customers and Members may, at any time, inform CEL that their personal details have changed or that the said Customer and/or Member wishes for CEL to delete their personal information from its files, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Where CEL is not obliged to hold such information due to regulatory or legal obligations, or where the information is necessary for the adequate provision of its services, CEL will change or delete its Customers and Members information upon such request.
Your registration to this website (members.projectcel.com) acts as your official membership to the Cypriot Enterprise Link. The yearly cost to be a full member at the Cypriot Enterprise Link is €30, renewable at the annual anniversary of your registration.
This Refund Policy explains how the Cypriot Enterprise Link, a registered Society under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus, (the “CEL”) handles refunds, exchanges and membership cancellations.
CEL cannot refund its Customers or Members for any ticket purchased for any of the Events of CEL (including Insights Conference and other paid events organised by CEL from time to time). In case of a full cancellation of an event, the full ticket price will be returned to you.
The final date by which you are eligible to transfer your event ticket to someone else is 7 (seven) working days prior to the Event. In case you wish to transfer your ticket to a third person please send us an email at email@example.com within the timeframe specified above, stating your name, the Event, the ticket number (if any), the name of the person to whom the ticket should be transferred as well as his Passport/ID number.
